Jillian Noel Shennessy was born on 25th November 1968 in Canada is a Canadian performer and actress that was honored for her outstanding contribution to American television. She has become well-known because of her roles in the roles of Claire Kincaid in Law & Order as well as Crossing Jordan. Parker was also awarded an award called the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 in the play Proof.
