Winona-Ryder

Winona Laura Horowitz, professionally referred to as Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her name was chosen by her parents after the town where she was raised up. Michel Horowitz is her father, while Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder is a self-described Jewish, is descended from Ryder's Jewish father. Her half-siblings are younger, Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder relocated with her family members to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. The family lived in a place without electric power. Ryder became an avid read because they had no television. Ryder started taking acting classes at American Conservatory Theatre when she turned 12 years old. Lucas, a 1986 film, was her first major role. Ryder was only 15 when she got it. Ryder was subject to bullying in high school. Ryder hoped her career as an actor would be able to bring about change. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. However, she kept working towards her dreams. Beetlejuice which was a 1988 Tim Burton film, was her first major breakthrough. Ryder played characters that made a splash in several movies. In 1993, he was nominated two times for Academy Awards.
