Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is an extremely popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu films as well as a couple of Malayalam. She won the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her work in the film as actress Savitri. Also, she has received three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy, the daughter of Menaka G. Suresh and film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an aspiring actress. She began her career as a child actor in the early 2000s and was back in films following her studies of fashion design. She starred in her debut major character in Geethaanjali (2013) in which was a Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy's first film outside Malayalam was Idhuenna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The movie didn't do well at the box office. In 2015 she released A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite each other. However, the films were not a success in the cinemas. In order to fit in larger projects, she was forced to cancel projects she'd started working on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. In the end, she was involved in two projects in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan in quick succession, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the leading part for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari along with Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. In 2015, the film was later delayed and reports indicate that Janakitho Nenu is expected to release in September 2020. The film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja with actress Ram Pothineni. In January of 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa in a film starring actor Vijay and produced by Bharathan.
